We currently only ship within the continental United States. USPS shipping fee is $8.00. Every purchase is packaged with care and shipped within 2-3 day delivery. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK- USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Mail that is returned as incorrect address you will have to pay additional shipping cost to be resent out.

All sales are final. PurplePashion does not offer refunds. Repairs will only be completed for items within 15 days from the date purchase. Charm replacement is available for an additional cost. You will be responsible for all shipping cost.

All bracelets are made to fit a size up to 7 3⁄4 inches. For a larger size that will become a custom order please contact us via email for custom orders.

Bangles/Charm bracelets are made of Stainless Steel material. They are not sterling silver or 14 karat gold.
