Payment Method

We accept directly the following types of credit/debit card payments PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logo.

*You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase your item*

Shipping and Delivery

We currently only ship within the continental United States. USPS shipping fee is $8.50 Every purchase is packaged with care and shipped within 2-3 day delivery. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.

PurplePashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK- USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Mail that is returned as incorrect address you will have to pay additional shipping cost to be resent out.

Return Policy

All sales are final. PurplePashion does not offer refunds. Repairs will only be completed for items within 10 days from the date purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping cost.

Please contact us via email: PurplePashion603@gmail.com for all custom orders. Payment must be paid in full in order for us to start processing your order. Additional shipping and an $10 resizing fee will be charged on custom orders and other products.

Additional FAQ’s

All bracelets are made to fit a size up to 7 3⁄4 inches. For a larger size that will become a custom order please contact us via email for custom orders.

Bangles/Charm bracelets are made of Stainless Steel material. They are not sterling silver or 14 karat gold
